Tanto Model 1 Fixed Blade
This is our Tanto Model 1 fixed blade bushcraft knife. Hand made by our very own bladesmith, Michael Otto. Cut from 01 tool steel bar stock. Fully heat-treated in house. Our tanto angle is based on the WWII Japanese officer's sword, the gunto. Two brass cutlery rivets and blade bond epoxy secure the handle scales. Maker's mark "777" hand stamped into the blade. Optional lanyard hole with brass liner. Optional friction-fit leather sheath.

Dimensions: Overall length 9". Cutting edge 4". Handle 4 1/2". 1/8" thick. Blade width 1". Dimensions are approximate because each knife is made one at a time by hand. There may be slight variations in size.
